bigger magnum boxes (and they fit in bandoliers now) (#6226)

* doubled magnum box capacity, whitelist for bandoliers holdin magnum cartridges, and fixed 2 misspellings (cause i mighta caused one of em oops)

* dumbass dog is stupid who woulda thunk it....
