Ushanka Trinket Addition - Branch (#2849)
* Update to trinkets.yml Ushanka

An update the trinkets.yml list for character's loadouts.

Adds the Ushanka to the possible trinkets list, for more variation on roundstart, While also setting a precedent that hats can be a potential trinket, which will hopefully lead to yet more variety, and hopefully an incentive for more people to add hats.

This changes ClothingHeadHatUshanka to Ushanka, this is to hopefully resolve the issue of the Ushanka not appearing in the Loadouts menu, citing as a mishmash in the ID of the loadout in the Trinkets file and the naming of the addition in the loadout_groups file would likely cause an error.

This reverts commit a83ff77428.

This commit Inverts the change, as an Attempt to fix this, and hopefully, resolve a mishmash that could be causing the Ushanka to not appear in the Loadouts menu.

Added it ingame, into loadouts, to the uniform printer, and to the dresser

* Adds cj formal dress + fixes some bugs

Adds the cj formal dress into existance, to the uniform printer, and to the cj locker. Also fixes the LO's inhand sprites and it's uniform printer recipe.

* Added HoP's formal dress + other things

Added HoP's dress into existance, to the uniform printer, to the loadout, and to the HoP's locker. Also adds the HoP's formal suit to the uniform printer, adds inhand sprites for the suit, and fixes the description of all the dresses to match their suit conterparts.

Corrected the id names of the dresses because it bothered me that it didn't follow the format.
