* Virology Beret

Adds a beret for the long lost Virology department. Functionally the same as the med beret.

* Now obtainable at vends

Beret is obtainable in vends, copyright fixed in meta.json

* Moved changes to _DV

Files are now in the proper location and added Delta-V comment on upstream change.

added a reactor and stuff

* Update division.yml

replaced escape pods with new ones and resized meteor netting to fit them
replaced freezer with kitchen freezer
added item spawners throughout maints and exterior, as well as in some rooms
replaced superweapon safe spawner with advanced weapon safe spawner

* Update division.yml

removed excess escape pod
added a little maintenance bypass where the removed escape pod was
added HV cable under the turbine
replaced reactor airlocks with high-security airlocks
gave engineers more fuel rods and less other rods

* Update division.yml

adjusted fuel rod room upon request
