* Replaced intercom in public lawyer office for justice intercom.

* Fixed psych's maint door to be psych only.
* Added IPC/Borg Medbay in Robotics
* tweaks to ordering in prototype, no changes.

* * tweaked cargo dock for compliant dock, conveyance button, and space for loading/unloading.
