Add a LOT more dakka (#1033)

* Change StunnableProjectile defaults to 0

* Fix taser paralyse

Apparently removing defaults means you have to specify the values, whodathunkit

* Add slowdown to stunnableprojectiles and fix tasers

* Remove FlagsFor from gun components
