UCR (unstable core refractor) a hard to obtain crew side maybe heavy laser gun which has very low capacity high dps and slows you down a shit ton along side that it cant aim for shit and only does radiation damage which is countered by rad suit and thermal suit for syndis. its fully sprited even for its back and suitstorage sprites...

Specialized weapon parts which holds two new parts to create the UCR being the Unstable reactor core and the Unstable Reactor Housing which will later combine to make the weapon when i figure that out

also its in the sec fab now and blacklisted from portable recharger not like it would do you any good but it would negate the speed downisde which is a big part of it

reverse bloom on the gun allows it to be both "unstable" and useable
some other stuff which are just fixes
* made core buyable
made core less radioactive
stat changes for gun so it focusses fire faster and has a bit faster generation
* Made Unstable Beam projectiles have unique textures i made :)
buffed projectiles to 6 damage a hit instead of 5 cause radiation damage is so weak, now its more viable in actual combat :)
